CNC MACHINE MAKES ROUTED SIGNS A BREEZE
As the owner of one of Asheville's oldest sign shops, I use to dream about robot machines that routed signs, because I really didn't like the physical energy required to rout by hand. Now, watch her go! We are super excited to add CNC products to our offerings. Our "robot" (CNC machine) is real. Yaaaay. She's a beautiful monster!
This sign for Camp Grier in Old Fort was one of our first projects on the new CNC machine, and it would have been impossible without the aid of a computer. The customer provided the sign blank for us, made of thick, oak, recycled boards (you'll see some rusty nail holes in the video).
